Marco has an Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications, plus an MBA from Tecnologico de Monterrey; in addition to the Senior Management Program at IPADE. During his career, he has worked as Director and engineer of Agreement Performance at GE.

For the last 7 years, he has collaborated at Intergen Mexico leading the Operations & Engineering área.
